MMG has deep experience in planning advocacy meetings in
Washington, DC. Our relations with the DC hotel market help
open doors to guest rooms and meeting space throughout the
year and particularly when Congress is in session. The most difficult
part of every advocacy event is getting Hill appointments
and MMG takes that responsibility as well.
MMG special event services include:
- Site selection to seek meeting location
- Negotiate and contract services
- Handle all logistics including food and beverage and audio visual
- Send requests for Hill appointments
- Follow up with phone calls to confirm times of Hill appointments
